P.S. I was right about it the time we got into the Big East, too. Nobody griped then, b/c it happened. But not getting in doesn't mean the process didn't happen. It did.

I’m ok with Watford not coming. I like what we have. I think we have a perfect mix with what Penny pulled in, especially when Penny got Precious.

I think any recruit heavily associated with Will Wade will bring NCAA with him wherever he goes but I think a coach told me if you sign top 10 players they automatically glance your way. Not sure if it’s still that way or not.

But if Penny wants Trendon, I’m behind him 100%. BTW, I predicted Bama 2 weeks ago sticking with it. Might be better if he went to LSU as I think Nate Oats was a home run hire for Bama. Who I dislike intensely.

LSU is just the one that doesn’t make sense unless there is something I don’t know. Alabama is the hometown school, his brother went to Indiana, and we have the Mike Miller/AAU connection. I guess it does seem like LSU, but it’s the least reasonable choice.

My comment was more aimed at those who openly look for praise and affirmation on a freaking sports message board. Those folks know who they are without me having to mention names.

Until a week ago, the thought was we MIGHT get Achiuwa OR Watford. The thought that we could possibly get both hardly existed. So, there should not really be any disappointment if Watford chooses elsewhere. However, I really wouldnt understand LSU with the looming issues there.

Let's be honest. A month ago we'd have been delirious with any one or two of the haul we've gotten. Now we've all gotten greedy. :)
